Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SignalIQ ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SignalIQ connects to communication accounts you authorise, scans incoming messages for business-opportunity intent, scores and classifies them using AI, and surfaces the results in a dashboard with deal-pipeline tools and optional AI-drafted replies.

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your credentials. One person or entity per account; credential sharing is prohibited. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Connecting an account (Gmail, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube) authorises SignalIQ to access data through that provider's API under the permissions listed in our Privacy Policy.

• Your use of each connected platform remains governed by that platform's own terms, and you must comply with them.
• SignalIQ operates read-only by default. We send a message either when you approve an individual reply, or, if you configure an Automation (from the Automations tab) to reply automatically, when that automation sends it without your review of that specific message.
• You may disconnect any account at any time in Settings, which removes SignalIQ's stored access token immediately; it does not revoke the grant on the provider's side, which you can do separately from that provider's own account settings.
• Providers may change or withdraw their APIs. If that degrades a feature, we are not liable for the interruption.
• Our use of Google user data additionally follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use — see our Privacy Policy, section 4.

Scores, classifications, and draft replies are generated by AI (Anthropic, Mistral) and are probabilistic and frequently imperfect. They may misclassify, omit, or mischaracterise a message. Where you review a draft before it sends, you are responsible for that review. Where you have configured an Automation to send without your review, you are responsible for the configuration of that automation and its expected behaviour. SignalIQ is not liable for business decisions made on the basis of AI output, or for messages sent by an automation you configured.

SignalIQ offers free and paid plans.

• Web purchases are billed through Stripe and renew automatically each period until cancelled.
• In-app purchases on iOS or Android are billed by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel them in your App Store or Play Store subscription settings — we cannot cancel or refund them on your behalf.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period. Partial periods are not refunded except where the law requires.
• We may change pricing on at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.

Plans carry monthly limits on messages scanned and leads processed. When a limit is reached, scanning pauses until the next cycle. Higher tiers may allow priority signals to continue. Current limits are on our pricing page.

You must not:

• Use the Service for spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, harassment, or anything unlawful
• Connect an account you are not authorised to access
• Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security controls
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's source code
• Resell or redistribute access without our written authorisation
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service or any connected platform
• Use the Service to violate any connected platform's terms or developer policies

We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Your messages, deals, and uploads remain yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to operate the Service for you — storing, processing, and displaying your content, and transmitting it to the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy. We claim no ownership and do not use your content to train AI models.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Dr3am Systems LLC and protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service.

You may request account deletion at any time by emailing privacy@brandconnectai.com or via signaliq.brandconnectai.com/data-deletion. A person on our team reviews and processes each request and will confirm by email once it is complete. Stripe separately retains payment records as financial regulation requires.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, for legal reasons, or if continued operation risks the Service or other users. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to cure. On termination, section 11 governs your data.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will identify every business opportunity in your messages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for missed opportunities, lost profits, incorrect AI output, or data loss caused by third-party platform changes. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify SignalIQ against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of a connected platform's terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.

For the iOS app, you acknowledge: these Terms are between you and SignalIQ, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance; Apple is not responsible for product claims, third-party IP claims, or consumer-protection claims relating to the app; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and that you are not on any U.S. prohibited-party list.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service after they take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts of Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any non-waivable consumer right you hold under the law of your country of residence.
